In this week’s episode of Banter, we set out to try and understand health care exchanges. AEI scholar Tom Miller joins us and we go through what the role of exchanges are, how they’re being implemented, and if they will even work. Tom brings a ton of experience and knowledge to the issue and by the end we have a pretty good idea of what to expect. We also discuss Andrew’s newest blog post on AEI Ideas.
